Held at Hawksmoor Edinburgh, Scotland’s Best Croissant 2025 brought together some of the country’s most exciting artisan bakeries for a celebration of craftsmanship, technique, and flavour. Hosted by The Edinburgh Butter Company, the competition showcased the growing influence of Scotland’s independent baking scene, with entrants judged on everything from lamination and texture to colour, shape, and overall flavour. It was a very tasty shoot to be on that is for sure!
